Summer Holiday Courses

There will be 4 ‘11+ courses’ this summer coming (Courses A, B, C and D) . These will be run face-to-face. They are geared towards preparation for upcoming 11+ tests in September as well as Independent School Tests.

The courses run Monday – Friday and the dates are as follows:

Course 1: Monday 3rd August – Friday 7th August 2026

Course 2: Monday 10th  August – Friday 14th August 2026

Course 3: Monday 17th August – Friday 21st August 2026

Course 4: Monday 24th August – Friday 28th August 2026

Spaces are strictly limited. There will be a maximum of 12 children in any class for all of these courses. You may book 1, 2, 3 or all 4 courses for your child.

Historically, children have enjoyed these courses and have had fun learning and being with other students at the same time. The places on these courses book up quickly, so please book ASAP to avoid disappointment.

The courses will commence at 9.00 am and finish at 1.00 pm (though nearer the time, we may stagger the timings by 10 minutes to avoid parking congestion). You can book as many courses as you feel necessary. We recommend that you are prepared for your child to study during the summer for the 11+. Recent changes in catchment areas and rules for awarding grammar school places often mean that scores need to be high for those students who are ‘out of area’. The more support that your child has directly before the test, the better.

The courses are geared towards students sitting their 11+ in September 2026. Focus will be on accuracy, time management, building confidence and examination technique – with extra support on anything the students are finding tricky. The work is done in a fun and relaxed environment to ensure the children enjoy their time here as much as possible.

Students will need to bring snacks for morning break.

The cost for each course is £350 per week.
